Trisha’s is one of today’s leading experts in developing and delivering business strategy and training. Her career in business began at Exxon nearly 25 years ago. It was during those years in working with a global organization that she quickly learned the challenges of implementing effective strategies across the organization.
In 1996, she purchased a local printing company in Houston and for six years, she acquired major accounts in the Oil & Gas industry including BP, ExxonMobil, Occidental Permian, Halliburton and Schlumberger to name a few; using the very strategies she teaches today in marketing and sales alignment. After doubling her business year over year, she successfully sold the business to the largest printing company in Houston.
From there, Trisha decided to pursue a MBA and soon after launched her own consulting firm and proprietary strategic models. She merged in 2011 with another firm to expand her consulting services globally. Since partnering, she co-founded the Revenue Chain Management™ (RCM) model. This model has transformed how companies implement systems to increase revenues and improve the entire chain of marketing and sales throughout the organization. Companies using these proven strategies are seeing on average a 30-400% increase in revenues and/or profits.
For nearly five years, Trisha joined forces with Tony Robbins and Business Breakthroughs (AKA Chet Holmes International) to serve clients world-wide in implementing revenue driven, marketing and sales strategies. With her partnership and team support, she was named the #1 Coach in 2011-2013 and was the #2 Consultant in 2012-2015 next to only the President of the Consulting Division.
